Singer-Songwriters Gareth Davies-Jones & Yvonne Lyon gave a highly successful concert in Wylam Methodist Church in 2009. Gareth Davies-Jones  returned in Feb 2010 with Rob Halligan for another excellent concert which raised money for Haiti.

The young people of Wylam were invited along to a service in St Oswin's Church, Wylam which used ideas from films (quotes, clips and songs) in order to aid prayer and meditation. Wylam and District Churches raised money for Water Aid by holding a Ceilidh in Wylam Institute. Read more by clicking here Water Aid.
