JUMP for JOY!
One of the highlights of our year is the Teddy Bear Parachute Jump from the tower of St Oswin's Church. This event usually takes place on the first Sunday of June every year and marks the signing of the Covenant between the four churches of St Oswin's, St Agnes, Wylam Methodist and Horsley Village Church. It is a fantastic day where families have fun together, play games, eat hot-dogs and ice-creams, watch the toy train, have their faces painted and watch their brave teddies as they jump off the church tower with just their parachutes to protect them!
NEXT JUMP for JOY will take place in June 2011.
